A focus group of middle school parents, staff, and district administrators overwhelmingly supported the appointment of Mark Wilson as Interim Principal. Superintendent Carpenter has given Wilson a two-year contract, and the Superintendent echos parent and staff sentiment, hoping a principal of Wilson's caliber will have a long tenure with Monomoy.
